Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and allow us to offer sessions to other clients, please follow our cancellation guidelines:

• 48 hours or more notice: No charge

• 24–48 hours notice: 50% of the session fee

• Less than 24 hours notice: Full session fee

How to Cancel:
Cancellations should be made by email, and please ensure your clinician is copied into the message to confirm receipt.
