About Us
Established since 2018, we are an Independent Mental Health Service supporting children, young people and adults with their mental health and well-being.
Our Practice - Est. 2018
Since our founding by Dr Alisha Azzopardi our practice has grown to become one of the leading providers of assessment, therapy, and consultation services in the South of England. We were established in response to a growing unmet need for timely, high-quality psychological support, and remain committed to improving access to care and long-lasting outcomes.
We uphold the highest clinical standards, adhering to NICE guidelines and offering only evidence-based approaches. All clinicians are highly trained, registered with their respective professional bodies, and hold enhanced DBS certification. Our work is grounded in strong ethical practice, with a firm commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and client wellbeing.
A key part of our ethos is accessibility. We are proud to offer significantly shorter waiting times than many NHS services for both therapy and diagnostic assessments, ensuring that individuals and families can access support when they need it most. You can self-refer or refer a child or vulnerable adult with their consent at any stage.
We also prioritise a personalised, human approach. Unlike automated systems, every client is supported by our dedicated Practice Coordinator who will guide you through each stage of the process. Once matched with a suitable clinician, you will liaise with them directly for your sessions, while our wider team remains available to provide ongoing support. Above all, we are here for you.
