Therapy for Children & Teenagers
Supporting Young People Through Change, Challenge, and Growth.
Adolescence and childhood can be times of significant emotional, social, and psychological change. Many young people experience periods of distress, uncertainty, or difficulty that can feel overwhelming — both for them and for their families.
Children & TeensOur practice offers evidence-based psychological therapy for children and adolescents, delivered by highly trained clinicians who specialise in working with young people and their families.
This page provides an overview of how we work. Full details about specific clinicians, approaches, and referral routes can be found throughout the site.
