Our team only offers evidence-based therapies aligned with NICE guidelines, ensuring every person receives care informed by best practice. We also provide Gold Standard ADHD and autism diagnostic assessments for children and adults.

What to expect after a referral
We aim to make every step of your journey clear and supportive.
1. Enquiry
After you get in touch, we will send you a referral form to complete online.
2. Screening
Your form is reviewed by Clinic Director & Principal Clinical Psychologist Dr Alisha Azzopardi. This is unique part of the process to ensure we match you with the most appropriate clinician for your needs.
3. Allocation & Waiting Times
With support from our Practice Coordinator, Claire Williams, you will be allocated to the appropriate clinician.
If there is a waiting list, we will inform you of your place and expected timescales.
4. Initial Assessment
Your clinician begins with an assessment (usually 1–3 sessions) to understand your needs, goals and appropriate therapeutic model.
5. Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
